Where are your products manufactured?

We use high quality cotton garments that are ethically sourced from China and Bangladesh. The custom finishing and tags are done locally in Sydney.

How should I wash and care for my items?

Cold wash, inside out, with like colours. Skip the dryer if you can, hang dry in the shade to keep everything looking fresher for longer. Do not iron on the printed areas. Do not bleach.

Will you restock sold out items?

Some pieces will restock; others are limited drops. If you really like something, grab it while it's up, or jump on our email list to hear about restocks first.

Where do your designs come from?

All our designs from the tags to the embroidery are hand-drawn by our founder. No AI here :)

What materials are your products made from?

All our apparel is high-quality cotton or cotton-blend (most of it mid-weight or heavy-weight) with our own finishing and woven tags.

What sizes do you offer?

Most of our gear runs from XS to XL.

How do your sizes fit?

Most of our apparel is true to size aside from the Boosted Bin Chicken jumper, this will fit oversized for the ladies.

Are the stickers weatherproof or car-safe?

Yes - they’re printed on durable vinyl with a protective finish so they can handle rain, sun, and car washes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you message us ASAP, we'll do our best to adjust it before it ships. Once it's been packed, we can't make changes.

Will I have to pay extra fees for my international order?

US orders include all taxes and duties at checkout — no extra fees on arrival.

For other international orders, your local customs office may charge import taxes or duties when the parcel arrives. These aren’t collected at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.

Where do you ship from?

We ship straight out of Sydney, Australia.

Do you ship internationally?

Yep - we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on where you're based.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. In Australia, most orders arrive in 2-6 business days. International shipping times depend on your location.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, express is available at checkout for Australia only at this time.

How can I track my order?

As soon as we pack your order, you’ll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Is your packaging sustainable/recyclable?

Yes! Please recycle any packaging or tagging that you do not wish to keep. The garment bags are actually compostable, everything else can go into your regular recycling.

returns & exchanges

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn and in original condition with tags still attached.

Can I exchange for a different size or style?

Absolutely. Send it back and once we receive it, we’ll sort out the size or style you need (subject to stock).

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Email us with a photo and your order number - we’ll fix it up ASAP.
