We know the wait for fresh gear can feel longer than a rebuild. Here’s how we handle shipping so you know what to expect.
Processing Time
- Orders are packed and shipped from our Sydney HQ within 2–4 business days.
- You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order’s on the move.
Shipping Within Australia
- We ship Australia-wide using AusPost.
- Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need it faster.
International Shipping
- Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your country, but most orders arrive in 7–21 business days.
- Please note: international customers (other than the USA) are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Spend over $150 AUD and we’ll cover standard shipping for you.
Order Issues
- If your package hasn’t shown up, or tracking seems stuck, shoot us an email at hello@lucidautoco.com and we’ll chase it down.
- Lucid Auto Company isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier, but we’ll always do our best to help sort things out.
Pre-Orders & Drops
- For limited drops or pre-orders, shipping timeframes may vary. Any special shipping info will be clearly stated on the product page.
