Refund policy

We get it — sometimes the fit’s not right, sometimes things don’t go to plan. Here’s how we handle returns so you can shop with peace of mind.

Change of Mind

  • Changed your mind? No stress. You’ve got 30 days from when your order lands to send it back.
  • Gear must be unworn, unwashed, and still rocking the original tags.
  • You’ll just need to cover the return shipping.

Wrong or Faulty Gear

  • If we’ve accidentally sent the wrong item, or your gear showed up faulty, we’ll fix it.
  • Shoot us an email at hello@lucidautoco.com with your order number + a quick photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery.
  • We’ll cover return shipping and sort you out with either a replacement or a refund.

What Can’t Be Returned

Some things are final sale (for obvious reasons):

  • Stickers
  • Worn hats

Refunds

  • Once your return makes it back to us and checks out, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.
  • Give it 5–10 business days to show up in your account.
  • Shipping costs aren’t refunded (unless it was our mistake).

Exchanges

Need a different size? Easy.

  • Email us at hello@lucidautoco.com and we’ll swap it if we’ve got stock.
  • If we don’t have your size, we’ll hook you up with a refund instead.
