Using Our Website
- By accessing our site, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes.
- Don’t mess with the site, hack it, or try anything dodgy - keep it clean.
Orders
- Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. This doesn’t mean it’s guaranteed - if for some reason we can’t fulfil it (stock issues, payment hiccups, etc.), we’ll let you know and refund you.
- Prices are listed in AUD and can change without notice.
Products
- We do our best to make sure product photos, descriptions, and sizing info are accurate.
- Small variations (like colour on different screens) may happen.
Payments
- Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other trusted gateways.
- We never see or store your full card details.
Shipping & Delivery

- Once an order leaves our HQ, we’re not responsible for delays outside our control (like courier delays or customs hold-ups).
Returns & Refunds

- All content on our site (logos, designs, photos, text) is owned by Lucid Auto Company.
- Don’t use it without our permission - no one likes copycats.

- We do everything we can to keep the site running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee it’ll always be glitch-free.
